Change Requests

Once your business is verified by the VA’s Center for Verification and Evaluation (“CVE”) as a VOSB or SDVOSB, you are obligated to report any eligibility changes to your business within 30 days. These can range from adding a NAICS code to the addition or deletion of a business owner.

Some Change Requests are simple, but some initiate in effect a “mini review” of your continued eligibility. Especially when you have active VA contracts (or are bidding on VA contracts), it’s in your interest to be sure your Change Request is processed as quickly and easily as possible.
