Small Biz Services
If you are a small business owner, seeking legal services is similar to receiving a root canal: it’s painful but necessary. You’re required to research law firms or resources, invest in legal services, and hope that this gives you the necessary legal protection for your business.
I don’t believe it needs to be this way. I attended law school in large part because I come from a family of small business owners, and I saw where the problems arose: not enough communication, too much legalese, and legal fees that were higher than anticipated.
My small business legal services are very straightforward. I offer a number of services at a fixed rate, and I offer a number of services at a reasonable hourly rate. I am able to do this in part because I have minimal overhead as a solo practitioner, and I pass the savings on to you. I recognize that for small businesses, hiring a lawyer is an investment, and I want to be sure you receive that return on investment. Hiring a lawyer shouldn’t be like a root canal. It should be a step towards a profitable business.
