October 6, 2015 – The Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA) issued a decision granting, in part, the appeal of LMP’s client, R.E.M. Engineering Company, Inc., and granting judgment in the amount of $3,050,000.00 (three million fifty thousand dollars).
