Legal Meets Practical: Accessible Solutions

Legal Meets Practical

I come from a family of both small business owners and veterans.
This allows me to identify with their perspectives. I know how important it is for legal counsel to clearly communicate, to keep clients up to date, and to be up front about costs and potential routes of action. Hiring legal counsel is supposed to simplify life, not complicate it.

On the small business side, I work with clients to maximize their business’ potential. I offer reasonable flat-rate packages for entity formation, legal advice and counsel, and the drafting of important corporate documents such as contracts and employee agreements.

On the veteran side of my practice, I specialize in assisting veteran-owned small businesses (VOSBs) in maximizing opportunities offered by federal government contracting programs. It is my honor to work to ensure protection of the rights afforded by veteran status.

*Please note that I am admitted to practice in Virginia and Illinois only. This means that while I can assist with federal issues for a firm located in any state, I can only help with state-specific issues if a firm is located in Virginia or Illinois.

Mission Statement

My mission is to provide accessible, high-quality legal services to small business owners and to veterans. I will strive to clearly communicate, understand objectives, and formulate and execute effective legal solutions.
